My life vision

Though I'm constantly learning and expanding my horizons in small subtle ways, there are specific traits and styles of learning I'd like to master. In my life I want to become a more detailed and thorough writer, keeping journals of my thoughts, places I explore, and the people I meet. With hopes that far from now I can look back on my passages and even possibly share them with others. As well, I want to learn how to become a better listener especially towards friends and family. Why? Well, paying attention to those I love is important to me but ironically I tend to get too caught up in my own world that I don't take time to stop and just listen to the ones who mean the most. Finally, I want to learn how to conserve my money and save for more important things rather than blowing hundreds on clothes I know I could do without.

Blog Assignment #1

4. The aspect I’m most confidently prepared with from high school would be my knowledge, as well as my identity. Having a good idea of who I am as a person makes me better aware of the situations I place myself in or that I may face being in college. And the knowledge brought with my from my high school years has prepared me for challenges faced throughout my college career.

5.  My faults in performance as a quality learner would include retaining my focus while in the classroom, it’s not always consistent. As well I struggle with pushing myself to go the extra mile when it comes to homework/projects.

6. Why the strength of your identity is so important to success would be because those who are confident and sure of who they are as an individual are those who thrive the most. They know exactly what needs to be done in order to achieve success and know themselves well enough to realize when they have reached their full potential.

7. The strategy used to analyze the performance of the honor student was evaluating their identity and the styles in which they learned best.
